Delivery Options
All delivery services are subject to change according to the latest circumstances
There are 3 delivery options:
1) EF Locker Pickup: Order would generally be delivered to the designated locker within 7 working days.
2) SF Store / SF Business Station Pickup: Order would generally be arrived at the designated SF Store / SF Business Station within 7 working days.
3) Local Delivery (via SF Express): Order would generally be arrived at the delivery address within 7 working days.
* Delivery services maybe suspended or delayed due to unstable weather, traffic, or other factors. The delivery transit time listed above is for reference only. The delivery transit time of all shipments cannot be guaranteed. Please check the real-time status of your shipments from "Tracking" function on SF Express Hong Kong official website and SFHK APP.
* One order can be delivered to one delivery address, EF locker or SF Store / Business Station.
* This Website only provides delivery service within Hong Kong SAR. For delivery arrangement outside Hong Kong, please
contact us.
Free Delivery
Free EF locker / SF Store / SF Business Station Pickup and local delivery via SF Express is applied for order at and above HK$400* (after discount). For orders less than HK$400* (after discount), a delivery charge of HK$50 would apply.

The order would generally be delivered to the designated locker within 7 days after order confirmation.
A SMS would be sent to the guest with verification code. Please pick up the order before deadline.
Terms & Conditions:
- One order can be delivered to one locker only.
- 24/7 pickup service is available at most but not all of the lockers.
- Order and delivery details cannot be changed, cancelled nor refunded after the order is dispatched.
- The order must fulfil the Size Condition as set out by EF Locker (Click here for details).
- The delivery of your order to the EF Locker may be subject to delays if all of the EF Lockers in the location of your choice are full. The service may also be affected due to inclement weather conditions.
- Any unclaimed order which are not picked up from the EF Lockers within the deadline might be cancelled and discarded without further notice and any refund request would be not accepted.

The order would generally be delivered to the designated SF Store / SF Business Station within 7 days after order confirmation.
A SMS would be sent to the guest with verification code. Please pick up the order before deadline after receiving the SMS notification. For overdue parcels, please contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline (852) 2730 0273 for arrangement.

- One order can be delivered to one SF Store / SF Business Station only.
- Please contact us if delivery details would need to be changed; Order and delivery details cannot be changed, cancelled nor refunded after the order is dispatched.
- The order must fulfil the Size & Weight Condition as set out by SF Express (Click here for details).
- The delivery of your order may be affected due to inclement weather conditions.
- Any unclaimed order which are not picked up within deadline from SF store / SF Business Station might be cancelled and discarded without further notice and any refund request would be not accepted.

Local Delivery

The order would generally arrive at the delivery address within 7 days after order confirmation. Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's residential address or
Hong Kong's Designated Areas require an additional business day on delivery.
Terms & Conditions:
- One order can be delivered to one destination only.
- Please contact us if delivery details would need to be changed; Once the order is dispatched, the order and the delivery details cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Any unclaimed order due to delivery failure might be cancelled and discarded without further notice. No refund on delivery charge for unclaimed order.
- The order would be delivered through SF Express and its service terms & conditions apply. We and SF Express reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion.
- The delivery service may be delayed due to inclement weather conditions.
In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Hong Kong will be final.
