- The merchandise is un-used; or in reasonable condition with all parts and accessories which are provided with the merchandise including manuals, certificates, labels, tags, original packaging, free gifts.
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned. - The exchange is accepted and confirmed to you by email.
- The stock is available for exchange. If the merchandise, which is entitled to be exchanged, is out of stock, a refund could be arranged.
- Unless otherwise specified above, no exchange or return of merchandise will be accepted.
- If the order does not fulfil the original order requirements of receiving free gift(s) after making returns, the gift(s) must be return together with the order for refund.
- Guest might be asked to be responsible for the delivery fee for returning or exchanging of the merchandise in some scenarios.
- In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park Corporation will be final.
- If an order has been paid but the items are out of stock, the payment will be refunded to the payment method used by the customer. You agree and accept that we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for any kind subsequent to this order cancellation.
- Out-of-stock items do not include pre-order items, as these are not yet available for immediate fulfilment.
If delivery fails or any loss occurs due to customer actions (including but not limited to the provision of incorrect or incomplete recipient information, inability to make contact, or failure to accept delivery), Ocean Park Corporation shall not process order cancellation, refunds, or assume any compensation liability.
